Flexicare has completed its acquisition of Clement Clarke International (CCI), a UK based medical devices manufacturer with over 100 years of history, according to a company announcement. The acquisition closed on May 31, 2023.
With devices such as its Peak Flow Meter recognized in the industry as “The Gold Standard” for Expiratory Flow Measurement, CCI has also forged strong relationships with leading pharmaceutical companies to deliver patient solutions that support correct inhaler use and technique.
Hash Poormand, Managing Director of Flexicare added: “We are excited to put plans in motion to continue investing in CCI’s portfolio development and expand on its heritage of diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of respiratory conditions.”
The news follows the recent Flexicare rebrand announcement and launch of a new immersive website, which includes the Clement Clarke product portfolio of Inhaler Training Technique devices.
Flexicare Group continues to expand and diversify its portfolio, building on its recent acquisitions of Medisize, WyMedical and Neoforce.
